Hello and welcome!
Are you in the midst of a painful loss or simply feeling stuck? You don’t have to face your struggles alone! Therapy is a supportive space for intentional growth and healing. Together we’ll note what’s not working, start to build your confidence, cultivate more helpful communication skills, and increase your internal awareness. My role is to provide guidance and support that encourages your growth and promotes balance in your life.
I’m passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community, ethically non-monogamous couples, and people within the kink scene. I love to support people of all ages and orientations in navigating life transitions, relational conflict, grief and loss, identity exploration, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. I also work with people struggling with OCD through exposure and response prevention (ERP). I provide individual, couples counseling, and group therapy.
Good therapy is a collaborative effort between the client and the therapist, and the best therapy is marked by an authentic relationship between client and therapist. Using humanistic, person-centered, and systemic perspectives, I create a warm, safe, and engaged space for clients to explore. You can expect to feel supported as you learn skills that will empower you to take risks, and make significant changes in your life.
Taking the step to start therapy is courageous. I invite you to reach out with questions about this process and to support you as you begin your counseling journey. I am ready to help you along your path regardless of where it takes you. I look forward to meeting you!
