In this 4 day beachside retreat workshop for helping professionals, we’ll look at how comparison robs us of our peace of mind, and prevents us from living FULLY and AUTHENTICALLY. We’ll practice investing in our own creativity. We’ll share ways you can cultivate it, integrate and enhance it in your daily life, and work through blocks to your creative and authentic expression of self.
Using Brené Brown’s Gift Of Imperfections as a touchstone, we’ll examine how living wholeheartedly offers us connection and vitality, how vulnerability and courage are vitally linked and step into the freedom of knowing: I am enough.
