Preparing for your first appointment
Once you’ve finalized your appointment with us, our assistant Cindy will send you a link to our portal with several items of paperwork to fill out. Please fill out all the paperwork as soon as possible and upload to your file on our privacy-protected portal (this will give our therapists time to review and prepare for your appointment, so we can make best use of your first session).
Please arrive a couple minutes early for your appointment. Your therapist will greet you in our waiting room.
