She/Her

My passion is helping children and adolescents enhance their self-worth, and families deepen their connections. I love to empower my clients’ self-efficacy so they can live more fulfilling lives. With an emphasis on a safe environment and compassionate acceptance, we’ll create a positive, impactful therapeutic alliance. With both children and adults, I value holistically understanding and supporting my clients through collaboration.

For over 10 years, I’ve used my training in Mindfulness, Play Therapy, Adventure Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care to help children and parents, individuals and families grow. I work with people of all backgrounds to navigate complex feelings, attachment, and life transitions through a Strengths-Based and Person-Centered focus.

If you’re experiencing anger management issues, life stressors, depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, grief, or difficult relationship issues, and are ready for a change, I am here to help support you on your journey towards healing and growth.
