Do you struggle in your personal relationships?

Find it difficult to speak up for yourself, avoid conflict or get overwhelmed during conflict?

I work with many clients like you, and know that we all need support when navigating tough issues, complicated feelings, or life circumstances. Whatever you’re experiencing, I would love to help you through these challenges!

By listening carefully to what brings you in and what you hope to achieve in therapy, I foster a collaborative relationship with you. We’ll identify and solve existing problems, increase your communication tools, and develop practical coping skills. We will work towards connecting with you with yourself and others in healthy, authentic, and meaningful ways. Together we will help you to heal, grow, and thrive.

There is no one else quite like you, and you deserve to experience freedom and authenticity in all aspects of your life.

If this resonates with you, I encourage you to set up your first appointment. I would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
