She/Her

Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you are considering taking this positive step forward. I believe the world would be a better place if every person had the wisdom and awareness to seek counseling at some point in their lives.

As a therapist, I enjoy working with adults of all ages to help them improve their relationships, develop greater resilience, manage stress, and move towards more peaceful, grounded, fulfilling lives. I especially enjoy working with professional, ambitious women who are the first in their family to seek therapy, and graduate students developing their identity and managing the pressures of academic expectations.

Over the past 20+ years, I have developed expertise in a variety of areas, including: anxiety, depression, grief and loss, attachment styles, couples therapy, mindfulness, career development, college adjustment, trauma recovery, LGTBQ+ identities, giftedness, emotional intelligence, neurodiversity, aging, neuropsychological issues, navigating life transitions, and balancing multiple life roles (e.g., work, parent, partner/spouse, caregiver for aging parents).

It is important to find a therapist who feels right for you. I am happy to offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit before you commit to starting therapy.

I look forward to helping you to accomplish your goals and move towards the life you want.
