Hello and welcome!
Feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns or behaviors? Have you or your child experienced trauma, abuse, grief, or difficult life transitions? Is your child’s behavior becoming a concern? If you are seeking healing, growth, and wholeness, you do not have to face these struggles alone.
You deserve creating a safe environment where you feel seen, heard, and valued. I will walk
alongside you with compassion, authenticity, and encouragement.
I specialize in Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Play Therapy. I love helping my clients process difficult experiences, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and build emotional resilience. My experience includes supporting children and families involved with law enforcement, the Department of Children and Families, and the court system.
You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-harm behaviors, suicidality, behavioral challenges, parenting stress, abuse recovery, or a big life transition. Therapy with me can help. Children and adults experience many of the same emotional struggles. Everyone deserves a supportive space to express, process, and heal.
Outside my professional work, I am a mother of five children and a grandmother. I returned to
school to pursue my passion for counseling and mental health care. I enjoy cooking, reading,
time in nature, and making memories with my family. We love our pets – have two dogs and two cats. My Christian faith is an important part of my life and helps shape the compassion, hope, and grace I strive to bring into my work with others.
Wherever you are in your journey, healing is possible, and you do not have to walk through it alone!
