Are you seeking to fight back against anxiety or depression, to learn about yourself, to show up more authentically, or to feel more empowered?
I’ve worked with many people like you, and I’m here to help you pursue these goals. By creating a warm, empathetic, and authentic space to connect with you, I can help you expand your self-knowledge, befriend your body and mind, reduce your anxiety, and improve your mood and relationships. Together, we can help you move toward self-love and toward sustained support and satisfaction in your life.
As a Queer therapist, I particularly connect with and enjoy serving those of the LGBTQIA+ community as well as those who are ethically non monogamous or members of the kink community.
You’ll find that I’m an enthusiastic advocate in and outside of the counseling space and look forward to celebrating the identities that make you unique. I am happy to consult, and look forward to meeting you to see if we’re a good fit for ongoing therapy!
